Dear Parent/Guardian:

We are providing you with this release both to inform you and to request permission for photographs and/or video or audio recordings of your child to be published on Multicultural Academy’s social media pages, school website, or in school promotional materials.

While photos or recordings may occasionally be captioned with the name(s) of the students involved, Multicultural Academy will never publish any other identifying information about the student or his/her family, including address, phone numbers, e-mail contact information, etc., without specifically obtaining permission from the student and his/her parent/guardian.
