Right to Know Policy

In order to facilitate MACS's review of any public records request, and to minimize the administrative burden that responding to less formal inquiries and requests can impose, it is important that any such requests be made in a standardized way.

Accordingly, for MACS to evaluate and consider any public records request, requesters must make their requests in writing, and on an Office of Open Records’ uniform request form, in compliance with all of the requirements for such requests set forth in Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law. Copies of the uniform request form can be found at the Office of Open Records’ website at http://openrecords.pa.us. We require that any such standardized written requests be mailed to the school in hard copy form, and be addressed to the CEO, James Higgins, via US standard mail.
