Home & School Association

All parents and guardians are encouraged to be actively involved in the Home and School Association (HSA), which has been set up and run by school parents/guardians. The HSA has been very supportive of the school's operations, activities, and extra-curricular program, and has also been instrumental in fundraising and chaperoning student activities and events, including field trips.
 
Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month, at 5:30 PM in Room 103 on the first floor. For more information, please contact the officers of the HSA.
 
If you are interested in a leadership role with the Home and School Association, please contact Mr. Foley. Please consider running for one of the offices listed below. Elections will be held at the conclusion of the November meeting. We are looking forward to a productive relationship with the association and encourage you to get involved! President- Provides agenda information; presides over general membership and executive HSA board meetings; works as the primary contact for school administration; represents the organization
 
Vice President- Assists the president in all responsibilities and carries out the president’s duties in their absence or inability to serve
 
Treasurer- Receives, reports, and records funds of the organization; keeps accurate records of receipts and expenditures; provides account balance at every meeting
 
Correspondence and Recording Secretary - Handles correspondence; records minutes; keeps a copy of minutes and treasurer’s report; keeps a record of attendance at all meetings
